ABSTRACT SUBMISSION OPHTHALMOLOGY TOMORROW 2023

The IDOS invites abstract submission for its Annual Conference ” Ophthalmology Tomorrow” 5 th and 6 th August 2023 at Indore. We look forward to receiving abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program as oral/ poster presentations and videos.
Guidelines for abstract submission:

1. Single case reports will usually not be accepted for presentation.
2. The Program Committee will review abstracts. Following this, information regarding acceptance, and scheduling will be sent to the abstract submitter.
3. Registration to the conference will be mandatory for presenting author.
4. One of the presenting author should be the life member of society. In case of PG presenting author should be associate member of the society
5. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the secretariat.
6. Awards :
-Best Free paper Presentation,Oral (Dr.Ramesh Krishna Agrawal Award)
-Best Video presentation (Dr M N Bande Memorial Award),
-Best Free Paper by Post Graduate student (Dr. Vimal and Janardan Mahashabde Award)
7.Change in the presenting author is not allowed during free paper/Video sessions after the last date of submission.
8. Presenting author will be required to send a short CV with a colour passport photograph at the time of acceptance of the abstract for inclusion in the proceedings. CV should contain the year of passing, College, University, Important Awards (maximum 3), Current position held, and any important past post held.
9. Abstract should be in a proper format . Out of all abstracts top few will be selected for presentation of 6 minutes and remaining will be displayed as hard posters.Video presentation will be of 6 minutes duration .
The abstract, must be written in English and should not exceed 2500 characters including spaces and punctuations . It should be structured with the following subtitles: Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusion(s).

All abstracts received by the indicated deadline will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
