Guidelines for Video Submission

Video abstracts are accepted in the following categories:
- Anterior Segment
- Posterior Segment
- Educative / Innovations
General Guidelines
- Each presenting authormay submit a maximum of two videos, either within one category or across different categories.
- Each video may include one presenting authorand up to three co-authors (maximum 4 authors).
- Abstracts must be submitted only through the designated Google Form. Submissions via email, fax, hard copy, etc., will notbe accepted.
- Video duration must be 4 minutes.
- Awards will be given only to the presenting authorwho is physically present at the session.
- Change of presenting author is not permittedafter submission.
- Institution/hospital affiliationand doctor’s name must not appear in the title, abstract, or the final video. Any such mention will lead to automatic rejection, as videos are judged anonymously by an expert panel.
- The final edited video must notcontain copyrighted music or material without proper written authorization.
- Title of the video must not exceed 100 characters(including spaces).
- Synopsis must not exceed 1000 characters(including spaces).
- Top 5 videos in each categorywill be invited to present at the IDOS Film Festival.
Submission of Final Videos
Once your abstract is selected, the final video may be submitted via any of the following platforms:
- WeTransfer – www.wetransfer.com
- Google Drive – www.drive.google.com
Ensure the file is shared with idosfilmfestival@gmail.com, clearly mentioning your Video title.
If the video does not reach the above email address on or before the final submission date, it will not be considered for evaluation.
